IT’S OFFICIAL! SAINTE-CROIX IS OPEN AGAIN!

Following government announcements, we are happy to say that we have been authorised to reopen to the public.

Health and safety measures

All relevant health and safety precautions have been taken. We have adapted visiting conditions, whether you’re with us for the day or a longer stay.

Visiting the park

  • Prepaid tickets will be valid.
  • No booking is necessary to come for the day.
  • Space is no object so restrictions on the number of visitors are not necessary

Temporary changes to our terms and conditions of sale:

ACCOMMODATION

Stay with us between 2 June and 15 September 2020

We’ve added some flexibility to our terms and conditions of sale.

You may cancel or postpone your stay up to two weeks before your arrival date, in the following circumstances:

  • If you have been declared covid-19 positive. A doctor’s certificate will be required.
  • If you are considered vulnerable* to covid-19. A doctor’s certificate will be required.
  • If you are over 70. Proof of age will be required.
  • Healthcare worker. Proof will be required.
  • Refusal of holiday. Proof will be required.
  • Transport (air, rail) cancelled. Proof will be required.
  • Border closed. Proof will be required.

We regret we cannot issue refunds, but you will be offered a voucher valid until the end of 2021.

*Anyone who has been in contact with a person infected with covid-19, or who has been quarantined, or who has recently undergone heart surgery or who is in the third trimester of pregnancy is considered vulnerable. (French decree n°2020-521 dated 5 May 2020)

If there remains less than 2 weeks before your arrival date, or if no proof is provided our ordinary terms and conditions of sale apply.

OPEN AND DATE-SPECIFIC TICKETS

If you booked a photo trip or a wolves’ experience for after 1 June

We’ll contact you to arrange your visit. If we are unable to arrange your visit you will be offered a refund.
 

If you booked an open ticket for 2020 online

Cancellation and postponement terms do not apply to these tickets. You will be able to visit whenever it suits you once the park reopens on 10 June.
 

If you booked an open ticket for 2020 with your works council

Cancellation and postponement terms do not apply to these tickets. Please contact your works council. You will be able to visit whenever it suits you once the park reopens on 10 June.
 

If you booked an open ticket for 2020 with a third-party ticket seller

Please contact the ticket seller. You will be able to visit whenever it suits you once the park reopens on 10 June.
 


SEASON TICKET

Your season ticket will be extended in the following conditions:

  • Your season ticket expired when the park was closed (between 27 March and 5 June 2020)

    Your season ticket has been automatically extended for the number of days that the park was closed before it expired.
    For example: If your season ticket expired on 20 April 2020, it has been extended by 24 days, until 30 June 2020 inclusive.

  •  
     

  • Your season ticket is due to expire between 6 June and 5 September 2020 inclusive.

    Your season ticket has been automatically extended for the number of days that the park was closed, i.e. 71 days.
    For example: If your season ticket expired on 31 July 2020, it has been extended by 71 days, until 10 October 2020 inclusive.

  •  
     

  • Your season ticket is due to expire between 6 September and 15 November 2020 inclusive.

    Your season ticket has been automatically extended until 31 March 2021, so you can visit this winter and in the first days of spring (we reopen on 21 March 2021).

  •  
     

  • Your season ticket is due to expire between 13 February and 1 March 2021 inclusive.

    Your season ticket has been automatically extended until 30 April 2021 (including winter opening times).

 

You purchased a season ticket online this winter and you haven’t been able to use it yet.

The 1-year validity starts from your first visit, so it remains valid. Follow our social media accounts for updates on opening.
 


GROUPS, SCHOOLS AND CORPORATE EVENTS

If you booked an outing between 16 March and 9 June 2020

Your booking will be postponed. Please contact us to re-schedule your visit. Follow our social media accounts for updates on opening.
 

If you booked a group visit between for after 10 June 2020
