Le g\u00e9ant des montagnes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Malgr\u00e9 son image de gros animal pataud, un ours sait grimper aux arbres, nage tr\u00e8s bien et peut atteindre des vitesses de 50 km\/h ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019ours brun est connu pour son long sommeil hivernal. Cette l\u00e9thargie n\u2019est pas r\u00e9ellement une hibernation : sa temp\u00e9rature corporelle ne baisse que de 4 \u00e0 5\u00b0C et l\u2019animal peut s\u2019\u00e9veiller facilement. L\u2019ours brun est r\u00e9pandu sur quasiment tout l\u2019h\u00e9misph\u00e8re nord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les plus gros ours bruns de la plan\u00e8te vivent sur les \u00eeles Kodiak en Alaska, ils p\u00e8sent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 600 kg.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Autrefois largement r\u00e9pandu, l\u2019ours brun a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 chass\u00e9 et exclu de son milieu de vie par la pr\u00e9sence humaine. L\u2019ours brun n\u2019est plus pr\u00e9sent en France que dans les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es. Les populations restantes \u00e9tant trop faibles, l\u2019animal fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un programme de renforcement de population. Ainsi en 1996, les premiers ours bruns, provenant de Slov\u00e9nie, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rel\u00e2ch\u00e9s dans les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/section>\n\n

Il se nourrit de 80% de v\u00e9g\u00e9taux (baies, herbes tendres, glands, faines, tubercules, \u2026) et 20% de viande (principalement insectes, petits rongeurs et charognes ; il ne s\u2019attaque qu\u2019occasionnellement aux proies plus grosses). Dans notre m\u00e9tier il n\u2019y a pas de routine, il faut savoir s\u2019adapter \u00e0 tous types de situations et pouvoir r\u00e9agir rapidement. On s\u2019occupe des espaces d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux animaux et on cherche vraiment \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leur environnement direct, \u00e0 recr\u00e9er l\u2019habitat le plus proche de celui d\u2019o\u00f9 ils viennent, c\u2019est tr\u00e8s important.<\/p>\n <\/blockquote>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
