As night falls and silence gradually settles over the forest, join us for a 2-hour guided tour to get up close to the stags during the rutting season. Accompanied by one of our passionate nature guides, you’ll experience this fascinating phenomenon under the best conditions: discretion, respect for wildlife, and insightful explanations to help you understand the dynamics of this rutting season among deer.

A heartwarming lumberjack dinner

After the excitement of the nature outing, it’s time to relax and enjoy the local flavors. Join us at one of our two dining areas, in our heated panoramic dining room, to savor a hearty lumberjack-style meal.

To start, we offer an aperitif with a choice of craft beer, local apple juice, or a Kir Lorrain. The meal continues with a delicious split pea soup, served with smoked sausages and Kassler, all accompanied by sliced bread and a melt-in-your-mouth slice of bread topped with Munster cheese. For dessert, treat yourself to a sweet treat with an authentic blueberry tart. Filtered still and sparkling water is available throughout the meal. Other beverages—including wine, beer, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and herbal teas—are available for an additional charge.
